On Dell Memory

Right now, many people in St Louis are anxiously awaiting Monday morning, since that is the time that the full impact on traffic of the closing of Highway 40 for the next two years will be known. I'm sure the Dell Memory of the Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT) will be recording the details of the number of cars and their speed on Highway 70, Highway 44, Clayton and Manchester and other areas affected.
