On funny t-shirts

One thing I like to look at, is funny t-shirts. It's just part of how I'm programmed to read things, and I always liked to read cartoons in magazines, so some of the captions are interesting. Some are more sad than funny in what they say about the person wearing them. For instance, I saw one recently that said, "It's not illegal if you don't get caught." While I can see some sympathy for certain activities that I don't think should be illegal, how about murder? Is that OK if you don't get caught?
