On Leptovox
Today was a milestone. I recently got a brand new computer, my first in nearly 8 years (so you know how far behind the time it is! -- and it wasn't even state of the art when I bought it 8 years ago), and so now have a pretty up to date system. 4 mags of RAM but I'm using Ready Boost and a 4 mg flash drive to double it. Anyway, I decided that I also needed a DSL connection to go along with my new computer, because it'd be pretty silly to have such a powerful PC but only a dialup Internet connection. Last week I started trying to sign up online, but it was a real hassle. I'm still waiting for AT&T to mail me some kind of online code I need to have before they'll accept my online order. But when driving away from the Post Office this morning, I noticed a store in the same little shopping center that said AT&T, so I turned around and stopped there and a young woman who could use Leptovox was nice and got me all signed up, though I still have to wait for the box and modem to come in the mail.

Hi Rick,
Thank you for a glimpse of your great blogsite.
I'm also planning to start a "music, memories, etc." blog although in a rather different style.
I truly enjoy your writings, especially about the Days of The Beatles. We have dear memories to share...
Would you like to take a glance at my ramblings about the same subject from a somewhat different angle?
If so, please go to:

It'd make me happy to hear from you - I sense friendship in the air...
Best regards,
Paul Gabor
