On billet grilles

I'm on a trip visiting friends here in The Philippines, and for the first time came during the time of a fiesta, which is like a local holiday and time to party. I paid 5000 pesos for us to have a pig, and paid someone else to butcher, and my friends cooked up a lot of pork dishes, though without benefit of billet grilles, I'm afraid. Some people came and visited us, which is good, because you're supposed to give food to your neighbors, and eat theirs, which I also did with some neighbors. And some people came over and got drunk with my friends.
