On postage tape

Years ago, I was an avid user of the Post Office. I loved to receive mail, and at a young age I started to send a lot of mail, also. I sent out stories to science fiction magazines, which of course always came back with a rejection slip. I also sent out books and magazines I sold. Some years ago I sold off a lot of my books and magazines to dealers, so I sent out a lot of stuff using postage tape. Later I sold off the remainder through eBay. Also, when I was married, I occasionally sent "care" packages to my in-laws in Laos. I think that sometimes they actually received them, though only because my ex-wife's brother-in-law was in the government, so we sent all packages addressed to him, and that discouraged Lao thieves.
