On Westgate

Years ago when I was very young (I'm still young, but can no longer say I'm VERY young! :) ), I lived in University City on a street called Interdrive. It's just off the commercial business area of U-City that's long been known as the Loop. It was recently named one of the coolest city streets in the United States. It's grown and so has its coolness, though not my coolness, since now I just want to drive through it as fast as I can. I would still like some of the stores, such as the used CD (it was a used record store when I first started going there right after it opened) and the Tivoli movie theater which has changed but still sometimes plays movies I'd like to see if only I had time. I got married in that apartment, but soon moved away to South St Louis. I usually got to Interdrive by turning onto Westgate, going to a east-west street whose name I've forgotten, and over one short block is Interdrive. It doesn't connect to any major street such as Delmar.
