On fat burners

I've been reading over the various sales letters and information on site of fitness guru Matt Furey. One of his product is Combat Abs, which supposedly shows you both exercises, diet and breathing exercises that are terrific fat burners for creating a great set of abs on you. Also, I did some of the crunches described by John Peterson in his book Pushing Yourself to Power, and that was the most work I've done with my stomach muscles in a long time, and a real eye open. Deep inside, my abs are still quite strong, but they have a much thicker layer of fat over them that I want to think about.

On St Barts villa rentals

This morning it was interesting to hear Chuck Norris being interviewed on the radio by Jamie Allman while driving to work. He's a guy who doesn't have to think much about St. Barts villa rentals. He's on a farm somewhat near Houston, but not expected to suffer much from Ike. He's the karate champion who starred in the first martial arts movies I went to see, a long time ago at a theater now long closed down on Grand Avenue, as the first "date" with my soon to be wife. The Octagon, which was an imitation of a Bruce Lee movie, and one I've forgotten. But I have enjoyed the other martial arts movies he made, though I lost track when he moved to straight adventure instead of kung fu.
