On top fat burners

In my opinion, the top fat burners are vigorous regular exercise and drastically reducing how much sugar, saturated fat and high glycemic load foods you eat. But I realize that's not what people want to hear. There are so many things that will speed up your metabolism so you burn more calories. But of course it's also better to find something that will reduce insulin so your body is encouraged to burn stored fat to supply those calories, because that's the idea, to get rid of stored fat, not just to burn calories using easy to use nutrition but not already stored fat. It's not just about calories. Your body can also destroy muscle fiber and you don't want to do that.
