most of us need a fat burner

Evolution, in the form of two million years of living in caves, plus another 10,000 living on small farms with uncertain crops, has encouraged our bodies to keep stored fat -- stored. Therefore, when we need energy as we go through our daily lives, our bodies want to burn carbohydrates. Since most of us eat large amounts of carbohydrates, our bodies have no problem finding plenty of carbohydrates to burn up, even if we're out jogging or riding a bicycle.

This is still beneficial in a sense, because those burned up carbs will not go to our waists and hips, but it does prevent that exercise from getting rid of fat that already is stored in your body. That's why you need a fat burner to make sure that your body breaks down fat and burns it for energy.

House painting costs

After picking your color and deciding when to do the work and whether to do the work yourself or contract it out, you have to figure out your painting costs.

The most obvious expense is the paint itself. You must estimate how many gallons of paint you're going to need. So you should have idea of how big the area you're going to paint is. Also, its surface -- rough surfaces will take more paint that smooth ones. Also, how many coats you will have to put on it.

And don't forget the expense of thinner, paint brushes, rollers, cleaner, clothes that you'll never want to use again, the cost of paying someone to help. Even if it's friends, you should at least buy them pizza, if not a lot of beer (after the job is over!).

Diet pills help when you can't exercise regularly

I wish I could feel superior to people who take diet pills, but the truth is that I too have trouble finding time to exercise on a regular basis. And I don't have the excuse of hating it - I like to walk, run and swim.

Swimming is absolutely impossible on my schedule except when I'm on vacation and close to a pool or beach. I enjoy taking walks around a nice park that's close to where I live. And also running up its hills.

But I work so much. And then there's St Louis weather. Right now the ground is covered with frozen snow. It's impossible to run on, and walking would be more sliding around than actual healthy exercise.
